Residence permits

  • EU directive 2003/86 on the right to family reunification
  • EU directive 2003/109 (long-term permit directive) concerning the status of third-country nationals who are long-term residents
  • EU directive 2011/98 (single permit directive) on a single application procedure granting the right to third-country nationals to reside and work in the territory of an EU country
  • EU directive 2009/50 (EU blue card directive) on the conditions of entry and residence of third-country nationals for the purposes of highly qualified employment
  • EU directive 2014/66 (intra-corporate transferee directive) on the conditions of entry and residence of third-country nationals in the framework of an intra-corporate transfer
