DGINS
Entstehung
Die Konferenz der DGINS (französisch: Directeurs Généraux des Instituts Nationaux Statistiques) wurde am 15. Juli 1953 in Luxemburg ins Leben gerufen.
Ziel
Die DGINS-Konferenz findet einmal im Jahr statt, um ein wichtiges Thema im Zusammenhang mit dem statistischen Programm oder den Methoden und Verfahren zur Erstellung europäischer Statistiken zu erörtern.
Sie wird jedes Jahr von einem anderen nationalen statistischen Amt des ESS ausgerichtet.
Die DGINS-Konferenz 2024 wird am 23. und 24. Oktober 2024 in Estland stattfinden. Thema ist "Looking beyond official statistics and on new frontiers for NSIs and the ESS".
