The Entrepreneurship Competence Framework (EntreComp) is a reference framework for people interested in learning, teaching and fostering the knowledge, skills and attitudes that make up an entrepreneurial mindset. It is a free, open and flexible tool that can be adapted to an individual’s needs, from basic to advanced levels, making the framework relevant to all abilities. EntreComp can help individuals to identify goals and reach them. Specifically, it provides support with the assessment of individual skills, the design of learning opportunities and career pathways, as well as support for workforce development, for start-ups and can act as a guide to policy development.
