Ms Marianne Thyssen, Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs, Skills and Labour Mobility invites EU cities to take part in the new edition of the Access City Award. In this video, she also addresses this year's two special prizes to be handed out in the frame of the European Year of Cultural Heritage.
