One problem I experienced was setting up a UK Ltd for digital sales while resident abroad, and therefore wanting a local bank account for the UK Ltd. The banks are uncertain about what documents each national company registrar can offer, notarized/apostilled documents must be delivered, and then they must be translated. This horrible process has to be repeated every N months and whenever there is a change in shareholders or company constitution.
