Modernising copyright laws across Europe is like solving a riddle, when so many of us are no longer only consumers but also creators, editors, publishers and, possibly, criminals.

And I have very similar issues with the use of Internet.
EU Policies are not sufficient to protect copyright, from one side,. To enable people to use properly the Copyright from 3rd parties, without the too invasive and often perverse, policies of private companies (YouTUBE, Facebook for instance), to the other side.
In both cases, che Copyright Law, signed by 164 Countires in the world, often is weaking the Copyright power, instead of to make it stronger.
On other cases, the Copyright is too strong, and kills the activities.
In other words: it's too anacronistic. A revision is really necessary and I can add: mandatory.
