The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:FMTS Experience srlis a training agency located in Battipaglia (province of Salerno), accredited by Campania Region for Initial Training, Higher Education, Continuing Training and Adult education. Glocal is organised into two main divisions, Training and European Planning. Over the past five years, it strongly focused on transnational mobility opportunities for learning purposes. They have implemented three projects that allowed 350 new graduates to take part in unpaid placements abroad in several economic sectors (such as, tourism, agribusiness, business services, aerospace, etc.) for a period of 4-6 months. In 2017, the project "SME4EASY -Supporting Mobility Experiences 4 a European Apprenticeship Scheme for the Young" funded by the European Commission aimed to provide long-term mobility schemes for 50 apprentices. As result of this project, 60% of the involved apprentices found employment.
