The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:Created in 2016, CCIF Cyprus provides education and research in the fields of social innovation, cultural heritage, development of audiences and sustainable growth and inclusion of youth, adults and seniors. We provide an enabling space to people from inauspicious environments and equip them with necessary digital skills to access today’s labour market, while increasing their chances at equal treatment. The volunteer trainers and educators are involved in the integration process, organisation of exhibitions and events, video scenography and artistic expressions that highlight rich cultural heritage knowledge. We provide several times weekly classes of Greek, English, computer and financial literacy, cultural communication, entrepreneurial mindset, environmental protection. We are actively involved in different projects that promote opportunities and success stories for youth to broaden their careers, as well as local networks with touristic enterprises and educational centres.
