The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:TürkTraktör, one of the leading manufacturers in Turkey, started its industrial life in 1954 and has grown constantly over the years. Today it is one of the most important enterprises/employers in Turkey with exports to more than 130 countries in EU and beyond. The company has gear and heat treatment facilities, engine manufacturing facilities, modern quality control laboratories, engine and transmission testing equipment and computer-aided design and manufacturing infrastructure. TürkTraktör has high technology factories supporting eco-friendly production and the "green building" concept. TürkTraktör factories have been granted many awards and certifications by various integrated management systems, which guarantee quality, environment and labour security. With its investments in technology and Research & Development projects, TürkTraktör is also continuously improving its product range.
