The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:EURES Regione Puglia is dedicated to supporting and promoting all three types of apprenticeships, using European funds and specific mobility projects to facilitate mobility within apprenticeship contracts whenever feasible. Our initiative involves building an extensive stakeholder network within key economic sectors, starting with tourism. We prioritise the ITS (higher technical institutes) system, whose students represent promising potential for mobile apprenticeships. Our goal is to disseminate knowledge about apprenticeship programs and work towards bilateral recognition of apprenticeship experiences. This recognition is especially crucial when apprentices gain experience in an EU Member State different from their country of residence, ensuring credits earned during the apprenticeship are acknowledged by the learning provider.
