Description of the Organisation:
LPM is a centre for supporting all stakeholders in the further development of schools and other school-related educational institutions. The Centre advises on the planning, implementation and evaluation of innovations, team building and team development, and job-related issues. It also ensures the implementation of training content to guarantee its effectiveness and long-term use, the use of modern media and its provision and production, the creation and use of networks while maintaining a focus on apprenticeships related activities. To address the urgent need of increasing the attractiveness of VET to both future vocational students and employers, the LPM is cooperating with Mr. Rüdiger Iwan, the developer of the Das PerLen-Konzept, helping students to transition from school to vocational training by raising awareness of their personal learning experiences, while placing a special focus on the development of the digital competences.
