The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.
Description of the Organisation:FMTS Experience is a training agency in the province of Salerno, accredited by Campania Region for Initial Training, Higher Education, and Continuing Training. Its core activity is based on transnational mobility opportunities for learning purposes. Since 2020, the organisation has allowed over 700 graduates to take part in placements abroad in several economic sectors (such as, tourism, agribusiness, business services, etc.) for a period of 3 to 6 months. The 2017 project “SME4EASY - Supporting Mobility Experiences 4 a European Apprenticeship Scheme for the Young” funded by the EC aimed to provide long-term mobility schemes for 50 apprentices. As a result of this project, 60% of the involved apprentices found employment. Thanks to its Erasmus accreditation in the field of VET (valid until 2027), the organisation has been creating and nurturing a transnational space aimed at experimenting with the integration of individual mobility and apprenticeship measures.
