The European Alliance for Apprenticeships is a multi-stakeholder initiative steered by the European Commission. The originator of the pledge is solely responsible for implementing the actions outlined in the pledge.

Description of the Organisation:
Porsche Inter Auto comprises 56 car dealerships throughout Austria and other companies in the CEE region - Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, and Croatia, in Italy, in Sweden and in China. Porsche Inter Auto includes not only the sports car brand Porsche, but also the brands Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, ŠKODA and the luxury brands Bentley, Bugatti and Lamborghini. With approx. 600 apprentices, Porsche Inter Auto is Austria's largest apprentice trainer in the automotive industry. The slogan "Career at Porsche" is no empty phrase for us. The career of our employees has no limits. From apprentices to service professionals and even to service management or the management of a car dealership - all doors are open at Porsche Inter Auto. For this Porsche Inter Auto offers: 1) a sound vocational training, 2) a secure future in the leading automotive company in Austria, 3) additional technical training at the highest level, 4) personality-building seminars, 5) "Teaching with Matura" - we support you!, 6) welcome packages. Our aim is to unleash the positive experiences and practices of PIA Austria on the CEE regions. Viewed as best practice, dual training and cooperation with schools should be based on the already existing positive processes, templates, etc. from PIA Austria. Learning from each other is also an important part of the implementation of dual training programs.
