Description of the Organisation:As the sole umbrella organization to represent Turkish employers in industrial relations both at home and abroad, TİSK is a fully autonomous, voluntary-based organisation. TİSK is composed of 20 Member Employer Associations of various economic sectors with 9.600 enterprises and 1.230.000 employees. TİSK represents employers widely in a number of national and international fora and fully conforms to EU's "social partnership" criteria.
