Classifications
Business demography (BD) data are published according to the statistical classification of economic activities in the European Community (NACE). Regional BD data use the nomenclature of territorial units for statistics (NUTS).
Metadata
The metadata on business demography gather information on data quality and the overall production process. The national statistical authorities which compile BD data also document their national practices. These are available within the Eurostat metadata file.
