The Labour Market and Wage Developments in Europe report analyses the labour market from a macroeconomic perspective.  This year’s edition discusses the impact of the war in Ukraine and of the energy crisis on the EU labour market. It also reviews recent wage developments and examines how wage dynamics may be affected by the current macroeconomic environment. Finally, it analyses the short- and long-term drivers of labour shortages, with a view to informing policies.
