Vocational education and training (VET) is a priority for ESF-funded intervention in Poland. However, not all regions have the same capacity to programme this support strategically. This study identifies what are the main steps and actors allowing to put in place a successful strategic development of VET. The analysis looks into the situation in three Polish regions: Dolnośląskie, Małopolskie, and Pomorskie.
