Join the EAfA discussion on maximising synergies between Pact for Skills and EAfA

On 21 and 22 March 2024, the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion will host the highly anticipated Pact for Skills Forum at les Ateliers des Tanneurs in Brussels. The hybrid event will feature several speakers and a variety of interesting sessions. Among these, one stands out with its direct focus on apprenticeships: ‘Maximising synergies between Pact for Skills and European Alliance for Apprenticeships’ (EAfA).

Moderated by Anna Barbieri, Team Leader for Apprenticeships and Erasmus+ at DG EMPL, the session will feature two distinguished speakers, both engaged members of Pact for Skills as well as EAfA. Bart Vandewaetere, Vice-President of Communications for Nestlé Zone Europe, and Alessandra Frassetto, EU Policy and Project Officer at the European Vocational Training Association, will explore how their involvement in these EU initiatives supports and enhances their efforts toward quality apprenticeships.

Attendees will have the unique opportunity to gain valuable insights on how these collaborations across networks are driving forward the evolution of apprenticeship programmes in Europe, marking a significant stride towards addressing the skills gap and advancing vocational education and training.

Be sure to secure your spot at the Pact for Skills Forum and join this discussion.

There are no more slots available for in-person attendance, but you can join the session online
