One of the greatest tools available on the PES Network’s webpage is the PES Practices repository. This database contains inspiring practices from public employment services all across Europe, focusing on issues such as supporting young people and the long-term unemployed, working with schools, and management methods.

The database currently contains over 200 practices going back to 2015. To ensure that all information is up to date and relevant, the first published practices are being updated.

The repository is still growing with new practices added regularly such as SOIB – Woman from Spain and I Recruit from Belgium.

If you are not yet familiar with the PES Practice repository, this is a great chance to discover the innovation and creativity at the heart of the PES Network.

We recommend visiting the page to keep up with the latest innovations in European public employment services.
