CIRCABC 4.0 has a new user interface

The new version 4.0 of CIRCABC has arrived! It comes up with a new user interface, features and improvements to make the application more user-friendly.

CIRCABC (Communication and Information Resource Centre for Administrations, Businesses and Citizens) is a multilingual, web-based application which enables geographically spread collaborative groups to share information and resources in private workspaces. It allows you to share and manage documents in any format with a high level of security; it has advanced features such as version control, management of translations, a multilingual search facility and forums. CIRCABC is widely accessible to users with disabilities (WAI compliant).

What is new?

• A new user interface: All pages in the application as well as email notifications now appear in a more attractive and ergonomic design and layout.

However, you can still switch to the old user interface and use both simultaneously to gradually get used to the new design.

• User Dashboard: After login, you will be redirected to a dashboard that shows the latest updates in the Interest Groups you are member of.
• Interest Group Dashboard: When entering an Interest Group, a dashboard provides a summary of Interest Group specific information and the latest updates.
• Mobile View: You can use most of the pages in CIRCABC on a mobile device (phone, tablets…).
• Contact Category Administrators: you now have the possibility to contact the administrators of a category.
• Ease the process to request an Interest Group: you now have the possibility to easily request the creation of a new Interest Group.
