Declaration of interest
This declaration includes all the interests that Members of the Commission are required to declare under their Code of Conduct. It therefore includes information on former and current outside activities, financial interests and assets, and spouses' activities. It must be completed when the Member of the Commission takes office and revised during his or her term of office if the information changes.
