This follow-up workshop discussed the priority areas of quality management of the Latvian Public Employment Service (PES) – strategic approach, internal communication, customer orientation, and autonomy and empowerment – and recommendations from peer PES and experts on how to address those.

The meeting reflected on the Latvian PES priorities in light of the main findings and recommendations from the second workshop of the Mutual Assistance Project (MAP) of October 2022. Participants further selected topics for the final MAP workshop in February 2023, during which they will discuss an action plan for the implementation of the Latvian PES planned initiatives.
