For its first meeting after the 4th UfM Ministerial Conference on employment and labour held in Cascais (Portugal), the HLWG will focus on how to best implement the ministerial declaration adopted in Cascais, including a roadmap for actions.

Building on the work and reflections initiated during the ministerial policy conference held on 2 April 2019 ahead of the ministerial meeting, the HLWG will discuss the draft roadmap for actions up to 2022.

It will also reflect upon, and share views on the ways and means to

• implement the framework for policy monitoring
• launch of the community of practices linked to the four policy priorities identified in the Cascais ministerial declaration.
