This mutual learning webinar focused on ways of improving the outreach of PES services and particularly, of engaging groups that are farther from the labour market.

Participants heard practice presentations from Belgium, Portugal and Germany on their experiences working with individuals not in employment, education or training (NEETs) and programmes targeting migrants and women returning to the labour market. The practice presentations included:

• National Migrant Integration Support Centres, High Commission for Migration, Portugal;
• Partnership measure for NEETs, Actiris, PES for the Brussels region, Belgium;
• power_m – Women’s Empowerment Project, City of Munich, Germany.
