This Thematic Learning Dialogue focused on the topic of Change Management Strategy. Over a day and a half, Public Employment Service (PES) representatives from Finland, Greece, Slovakia and Sweden addressed how they work internally on this topic, supported by peer PES from the French host, Pôle emploi.

The TLD featured presentations from the host PES on:

• Pôle emploi’s strategy: Governance, design and implementation;
• Innovation at Pôle emploi;
• The cultural and managerial transformation of Pôle emploi: Human resources and Performance though Trust;
• Strategic innovation;
• Incubator and Nov’Us;
• Change management strategy and innovation in the Region Bourgogne-Franche-Comté.

Participating PES identified crucial needs in relation to their work on Change Management Strategy, potential need for further information and support, as well as ways of adapting the approach presented by the French PES to their institutional, organisational and economic conditions.
