The third and final meeting of the PES Network Working Group (WG) on Digitalisation addressed the topic of governance, both in Information Technologies (IT) and of employer services.

Participants exchanged and heard presentations from fellow PES on:

• The Netherlands: Governance in IT: Replacing, rebuilding & creating business value;
• Germany: Creating and Governing IT-Strategies;
• Norway: Digital transformation at NAV – from projects to product thinking. With examples of employer services.

The meeting was held in person, in Amsterdam and was hosted by the Dutch PES, UWV. It brought together representatives of 16 PES – Austria, Belgium-VDAB, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden – and the European Commission.

The meeting followed on from the 2^nd WG meeting of 7 December 2022 and the 1^st WG meeting of 9 November 2022.
