Glossary:Working conditions survey
The European Union (EU) Working conditions survey is carried out by the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions. During 2005, the Foundation carried out its fourth such survey. Almost 30 000 European workers were interviewed, answering more than 100 questions on a wide range of issues regarding their employment situation and working conditions. In particular, the questionnaire included items about their commuting.
