The main purpose of this publication is to give an overview of recent macroeconomic and structural developments for the countries of the Western Balkan region by providing

• a broad overview of macroeconomic trends in the region and EU relations;

• a section on fiscal consolidation in the Western Balkans, and 

• a section on macroeconomic developments, structural reforms and international relations for each of the Western Balkan countries.
