24/11/2015 : State-Owned Enterprises reform – lessons learnt from the crisis and ways forward

The workshop focused on the lessons learnt from the crisis. It included:

• a session on the performances of SOEs
• a session on SOEs reforms
• a session on country-specific case studies
• a keynote speech by Simeon Djankov, former Finance Minister of Bulgaria
• a concluding round table discussion on policy implications

The workshop featured several distinguished speakers among which industry's representatives, delegates from the Member States, the OECD, the World Bank, the IMF as well as experienced scholars.
